Uncover and discover America’s grand musical heritage at Sousa Archives and Center for American Music that is home to the world’s largest collection of original music compositions by John Phillip Sousa.  In addition, historical sound recordings, photographs, musical instruments, and sound recording machines document the American band movement and the evolution of electronic and avant-garde music.  These exhibitions allow visitors to actively experience the sights, sounds, and stories of America’s exciting musical past.
